BORNA BANDARI

Managing Partner

Borna was hired at a Premier Business litigation firm immediately after admission to the State Bar of California. While honing his civil litigation skills, the downtrend in the economy put Borna in a unique position to learn every detail of the bankruptcy and foreclosure process. Due to his work ethic, and quick understanding of bankruptcy law, Borna was put in charge of a bankruptcy department on his own and has kept it going until today. 

His knowledge of civil litigation, real estate and bankruptcy makes him an important advisor during all the various market trends.

Borna is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States Central District of California, the United States Southern District of California, the United States Eastern District of California, and the United States Northern District of California.

Outside of the office, Borna loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and remain active with his friends and family.  He also dedicates a portion of his time and resources to helping others through various charitable organizations and community programs such as Big Brother Big Sisters of Orange County and The League.

Sarah razavi

Of - Counsel

Sara became an attorney because of her desire to provide a voice for people dealing with significant issues affecting their lives. Sara provides effective and aggressive representation while maintaining compassion with her clients. She understands that many clients are going through a difficult time in their lives and ensures that each of her clients is well informed and well represented.


Sara has experience litigating cases in both State and Federal court. She is admitted to practice in the state of California and the United States Federal Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Sara earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and graduated with magma cum laude honors.

Sara was born and raised in Orange County. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

ravan gonzales

Of - Counsel

Since 2011, Ravan Gonzalez has been Corporate Counsel for a consumer finance company where she ensures compliance with lending laws and deals
with bankruptcy cases from the lenders perspective. Prior to this she was Corporate Counsel for ECC Capital Corporation, a real estate investment trust
that was a publicly traded company. From 2008 when she graduated law school until 2009 when she joined ECC she worked as an independent contract
attorney at Carno & Carlton, LLP a litigation law firm. While in law school, Ms. Gonzalez externed for the Presiding Judge of Riverside County Superior Court,
Judge Richard Fields and was Managing Editor of the Law Review.
 
Ms. Gonzalez received a B.A. in Criminal Justice with departmental honors and a minor in pre-law from California State University, San Bernardino; and a J.D. from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, CA where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
